To keep all charges to a minimum, I have decided to not use third parties (such as PayPal ) for the collection and processing of payments. Instead all payments must be made either electronically by Internet or over the counter directly into the bank account of Mike Starman Presentations CITIZEN OF THE WORLD PROJECT. Banking details will be provided at the time of purchase or registration.

Overseas clients are advised to use an international bank draft.
